Preston Farmhouse is situated 3 miles from Duns on the A6112, in the heart of Berwickshire, handy for fishing, shooting, golfing and attending functions in the area. This spacious Victorian house offers 3 rooms. One room has a king-size bed and a single bed with a fabulous ensuite bathroom. The two other rooms consist of a king-size bedroom and a twin bedded room, they share a bathroom. A scrumptious breakfast is served in the dining room; as early as you like and up to 9.30am. An excellent B&B, wonderful rooms, first class hospitality and delicious food. Prices start from £60/night based on two sharing. Open all year.
